| Instruction for Tenders: | If you intend to tender for this work I would ask you to read the “Instructions for Tenders” (40KB PDF) and ensure they are followed correctly. Please make sure your tender proposal is returned by 12 noon on Tuesday 12th August 2008, along with a correctly signed copy of the “Form of Tender” (30KB DOC) document. Where possible, an email version of the tender proposal should also be submitted.
Three hard copies of your tender should be submitted to:

Alternatively tenders may be submitted electronically to a secure email address: tender@emra.gov.uk . We will acknowledge receipt of your tender but it will not be opened before the deadline for submissions. If submitting electronically, please use PDF format where possible
Please note that awarding the contract will be subject to you satisfactorily completing a ‘Pre Qualification Questionnaire’ (310KB DOC) that asks for some information about your company's policies and financial position. Whilst we do not require you to submit this with your tender, I would ask you to refer to the document along with the other documents for this contract, so that you can satisfy yourself that you will be able to complete the questionnaire should you later be asked to so do.
If shortlisted for interview, you will be expected to submit a completed PQQ in advance and by Monday 1st September 2008. |

Information to Note
