The Food Supply Chain is complex and diverse, encompassing a wide variety of businesses, organisations and individuals facing different challenges, yet that of developing a more sustainable

sourcing & supply capability is one issue that crosses all elements in the chain.

In response to this, as part of the East Midlands Expo, this seminar takes a practical approach offering anyone interested in working together to create a more sustainable food supply chain an ideal opportunity to hear different perspectives.
