Regional Local Authority Media Campaign

In March and December 2003 a number of Midlands local authorities got together to fund a generic and Christmas recycling television campaign which was broadcast in the ITV Central Television region. The campaigns ran for 14 days and delivered around 120 adult TVR’s (Television Ratings). It is planned to repeat the activity over Christmas 2004 and 2005, and also to run campaigns on trains, buses and using local radio.
