The East Midlands Regional Assembly's Integrated Regional Strategy has identified the provision of environmental infrastructure as a a priority for action, to encourage the sustainable use of resources in the region. A key component of environmental infrastructure is green infrastructure.
Consultants were appointed by the Assembly's Environment Group to undertake a scoping study of Green Infrastructure in the region, to identify priority areas for action.
