Review of the Regional Housing Strategy The Regional Housing Group is currently a carrying out a review of the Regional Housing Strategy. A timetable for the review is accessible below. Consultants Strategic Solutions and Three Dragons were commissioned to produce an Independent Report and an Options Consultation Paper (see 'Previous Consultation Documents' below). The draft revised Regional Housing Strategy (Managing Growth: Managing Change) has been though a process on Consultation, which ended on 27 June 2008.

Review of Demand for Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) in the East Midlands Foundations (the national co-ordinating body for Home Improvement Agencies) has been awarded a contract to undertake a review of existing and potential future demand for Disabled Facilities Grant for the Regional Housing Group.
Review of practice in the use of Section 106 agreements to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing in the East Midlands As part of their 2007/8 research programme, the East Midlands Regional Housing Group has commissioned a study on the use of Section 106 agreements as a means to assist the development of affordable housing. This was carried out by the Centre of Comparative Housing Research (De Montfort University) have been appointed by EMRA to undertake the project. The findings of the project are listed below:

Low Cost Home Ownership Study As part of their 2007/8 research programme, the East Midlands Regional Housing Group commissioned a study on Low Cost Home Ownership products in the East Midlands. This was carried out by Housing Vision Consultancy and was led by the Housing Corporation.
