Review of Demand for Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) in the East Midlands Foundations - the national co-ordinating body for Home Improvement Agencies - has undertaken a review of existing and potential future demand for Disabled Facilities Grant for the Regional Housing Group. This includes an analysis of likely latent demand of the East Midlands population for both major and minor adaptations and to assist with preparing for the future planning of resources within the region. Hi4em have assisted the review by mapping the data obtained.

Review of practice in the use of Section 106 agreements to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing in the East Midlands As part of their 2007/8 research programme, the East Midlands Regional Housing Group has commissioned a study on the use of Section 106 agreements as a means to assist the development of affordable housing. This was carried out by the Centre of Comparative Housing Research (De Montfort University) have been appointed by EMRA to undertake the project. The findings of the project are listed below:

Low Cost Home Ownership Study As part of their 2007/8 research programme, the East Midlands Regional Housing Group commissioned a study on Low Cost Home Ownership products in the East Midlands. This was carried out by Housing Vision Consultancy and was led by the Housing Corporation.
