Annual Report 2008/2009 The Assembly has published its annual report for the year 2008-09. The Income and Expenditure Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 are on pages 6 - 7 of the Annual Report. The Annual Report can be downloaded from this site or copies can be ordered from the Assembly by email to info@emra.gov.uk. Please don’t forget to include your name and full postal address in your message. Alternatively, you can contact the Assembly on 01664 502 599.
Change Management Plan The Change Management Plan represents an agreement between emda, EMRA and Local Authorities (through the Shadow Local Authority Leaders’ Board) in implementing the proposals of the Sub-National Review as set out in the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill.

EMRA Video EMRA has commissioned a video that is being used at road shows and exhibitions across the region. It explains what EMRA does and features interviews with the Chair, Councillor David Parsons, and Vice Chair Pat Zadora.

to the Comprehensive Spending Review 2007. It has been prepared jointly by the East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) and the East Midlands Regional Assembly (EMRA) with input from the Government Office for the East Midlands (GOEM) and consultation with the key stakeholders.
