Regional Technical Advisory Bodies (RTABs) provide advice to Regional Planning Bodies on the implications of waste management for the development and implementation of the Regional Spatial Strategy, in line with Planning Policy Statement 10.
Under the chair of Lonek Wojtulewicz of Leicestershire County Council the RTAB is broadly based, drawing from those with a direct interest in and knowledge of sustainable waste management including:
