Regional Housing Group

From September 2006, EMRA assumed responsibility for the functions of the Regional Housing Board (RHG) including responsibility for producing the Regional Housing Strategy and for the distribution of the Single Regional Housing Pot. These responsibilities will form part of the Terms of Reference of EMRA’s new Regional Housing Group.

The Regional Housing Group reports to EMRA’s Housing, Planning and Transport Joint Board. The RHG is chaired by Bob Walder who represents the Social Housing sector within EMRA's membership, nominated by the National Housing Federation Executive Board in the East Midlands. The first meeting took place on 11 October 2006 and meetings papers are available on this website.
