Environment Group
The Environment Group has been established to oversee the development of the environmental theme of the IRS, by developing the Regional Environment Strategy and ensuring mechanisms are in place to secure its implementation.
The Group provides the regional forum for discussion about:
- Regional and European environmental funding opportunities
- Taking forward the regional environment agenda
Group members are drawn from a range of regional environmental organisations and local authorities.
